Kyadam Pty Ltd was founded in 2005 after many successful years with our local business Payne's Carpet Care & Cleaning Services. With experience in excess of 15 years it was decided to move the Company into statewide services. Within our local area and across the state we have gained many large contracts including Government, Retail, Financial, Education and General Offices. Our staff with over 30 years experience ensure that Kyadam provide an exceptional level of service and keep our customer satisfaction to the highest level.

Kyadam along with our sub business Payne's Carpet Care & Cleaning Services offers both domestic and commercial cleaning across Queensland.
